Skin Tag, Mole & Pigmentation Removal
Refine your skin. Remove what no longer serves. Reveal a clearer, more radiant you.
What Is This Treatment?
At Crystal Skin Aesthetics, we offer gentle, non-surgical removal of:
- Skin tags
- Benign moles (flat or slightly raised, stable, non-suspicious)
- Sun spots / age spots
- Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH)
We use precise, advanced aesthetic tools - primarily Plasma Pen technology - to remove these imperfections safely and effectively, while preserving healthy surrounding skin.
A full consultation is required before treatment to assess suitability and ensure each lesion is safe for aesthetic removal.
What Are They?
- Skin tags: Soft, benign skin growths commonly found on the neck, underarms, breasts, groin, or eyelids. They often develop due to friction or genetics.
- Benign moles: Pigmented or flesh-coloured skin growths that have remained stable in size, shape, and colour.
- Sun spots / pigmentation: Flat, brown patches caused by cumulative sun exposure. Often appear on the face, chest, or hands.
- Post-inflammatory pigmentation: Discolouration following acne, injury, or inflammation. These can linger even after the skin heals.
How Do We Treat It?
We primarily use the Plasma Pen to gently sublimate (vaporise) the unwanted tissue. This causes a precise thermal reaction on the surface, leaving behind micro crusts that flake away naturally as the skin heals.
For pigmentation or PIH, we may also incorporate:
- Light chemical peels
- Topical brightening agents
- Post-care skincare tailored to your skin tone and sensitivity
Who Is It For?
Perfect for those who:
✔ Have skin tags that rub, snag, or feel unsightly
✔ Want to remove stable, non-suspicious moles
✔ Are bothered by sun damage or post-acne pigmentation
✔ Want clearer skin without surgical intervention
✔ Are ready to invest in skin clarity, health, and confidence

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you allowed to remove moles?
Yes - only if they’re benign and stable. During your consultation, Anna will assess whether your mole is safe for aesthetic removal. Suspicious moles must be referred to a GP or dermatologist before treatment.
Does it hurt?
We use numbing cream beforehand. Most clients describe the sensation as a warm zap or tiny sting - quick and very tolerable.
Will it scar?
Most clients heal beautifully with no visible scarring, especially when aftercare is followed closely. Lighter skin may experience slight pigmentation changes temporarily.
Can I treat multiple lesions at once?
Absolutely. We can often treat several areas in one session, depending on your skin’s healing capacity.
