Skin Tag, Mole & Pigmentation Removal
Refine your skin. Remove what no longer serves. Reveal a clearer, more radiant you.
What We Treat
We safely remove or reduce:
Skin tags – soft, benign growths that often appear on the neck, underarms, or eyelids.
Benign moles – flat or slightly raised moles that are stable and non-suspicious.
Sun spots / age spots – flat brown patches caused by sun exposure.
Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) – discolouration after acne or inflammation.
Every client receives a full consultation to ensure suitability and safety before any removal.
How the Treatment Works
Using the Plasma Pen, we gently sublimate (vaporise) unwanted tissue at the surface level. This creates precise micro-dots that trigger natural skin regeneration without cutting or bleeding.
For pigmentation or uneven tone, we may also combine light chemical peels or brightening skincare for enhanced results.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you remove moles and skin tags safely?
Yes - at Crystal Skin Aesthetics, we only remove benign, stable, and non-suspicious lesions. Every client receives a full consultation where Anna carefully assesses your skin to ensure the mole or tag is suitable for safe aesthetic removal. If a lesion looks suspicious, you’ll be referred to your GP or a dermatologist first.
Does the treatment hurt?
Not really. A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment, so you’ll only feel a quick, warm zap or light tingling sensation as the plasma energy works on the surface. Most clients find it very comfortable.
Will there be any scarring or marks?
With proper aftercare, most clients heal beautifully with no visible scarring. Slight redness or temporary pigmentation can occur, especially on lighter skin, but this usually fades within weeks as the skin renews.
Can multiple moles or skin tags be treated in one session?
Yes - multiple areas can often be treated in a single appointment, depending on your skin’s healing capacity. Anna will design a personalised plan for you during consultation.
How long does healing take?
You may notice mild scabbing for around 5-10 days. Once the crusts naturally fall away, fresh new skin appears. Complete healing, including colour blending, typically takes between 4-12 weeks.
Is it safe for all skin types?
Yes - Plasma Pen technology can be used on most skin tones, though darker skin may need a tailored approach to minimise post-inflammatory pigmentation. Anna will assess your Fitzpatrick type during consultation to ensure the safest result.
